With over 40 years of experience working with children, Miss Gina brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and experience to the early childhood sector.
Her lifelong passion for working with children, combined with her dedication to their wellbeing and development, inspired her to establish Kinder-Land, a place where every child can feel safe, valued, respected, and loved.
Miss Gina believes that every child deserves to be cared for with compassion, integrity, dignity, and love. Her commitment to these values continues to shape the heart of Kinder-Land and the environment we strive to create for every child and family.

Miss Shabella
Childcare Manager
Miss Shabella brings a strong passion for leadership, early childhood development, and quality childcare to her role at Kinder-Land. With a commitment to creating a positive and nurturing environment, she works closely with our teachers, children, and families to ensure that the center operates to a high standard while keeping the wellbeing, development, and happiness of every child at the heart of what we do.
Her leadership is built on compassion, professionalism, teamwork, and strong relationships. She believes that effective leadership goes beyond managing the day-to-day operations. It is about inspiring a dedicated team, supporting teachers, building meaningful partnerships with families, and creating an environment where every child feels safe, valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
Through her leadership, Miss Shabella is committed to continuously strengthening the Kinder-Land experience and ensuring that every child receives the care, guidance, attention, and opportunities they need to grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

Miss Danisha
Phase Leader – Wonderland
Miss Danisha is a dedicated and passionate member of the Kinder-Land team, bringing her experience, creativity, and genuine love for working with children to the Wonderland classroom.
With a particular talent for art and creative expression, she creates engaging experiences that encourage children to use their imagination, explore their creativity, and express themselves with confidence. Her calm and patient approach allows children to feel supported while developing their individual strengths and abilities.
As a Phase Leader, Miss Danisha places strong emphasis on positive discipline, respect, responsibility, and good values, helping children understand appropriate behaviour while building their confidence and independence.
Her classroom is a space where children are encouraged to create, discover, communicate, and learn valuable life skills that support them both in and beyond their early years.
With creativity in her hands and patience in her heart, Miss Danisha inspires our Wonderland children to learn, express themselves, and grow with confidence.
Miss Anne
Phase Leader – Ocean Room
Miss Anne brings passion, dedication, and pride to everything she does at Kinder-Land. She is committed to creating meaningful and memorable experiences that make each child's early years special.
Always eager to learn, grow, and discover new ways to engage the children, Miss Anne approaches her role with enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility. She is attentive to the needs of her children and consistently strives to ensure that every child feels safe, valued, supported, and encouraged.
At the heart of her philosophy is a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves to be cared for and nurtured with love. She believes in being there for children every step of the way, holding their hands, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them confidently explore and understand the world around them.
With love as her foundation and passion as her guide, Miss Anne helps our Ocean Room children discover, learn, and grow one little step at a time.

Childcare Assistant – Sunshine Room
Miss Doreen has been a valued member of the Kinder-Land family since its establishment, bringing dedication, reliability, and genuine care to her work with our infants.
She is someone both children and colleagues can depend on, and has a natural ability to care for infants with patience and attentiveness, ensuring they feel secure, comfortable, and well supported as they begin exploring the world around them.
Beyond her role in the Sunshine Room, Miss Doreen is a dependable and supportive team member who is always willing to lend a hand when needed. She approaches her responsibilities with commitment and takes pride in being someone the team can count on.

Miss Kirsty
Childcare Assistant – Ocean Room
Miss Kirsty is a hard-working, dedicated, and dependable member of the Kinder-Land team, bringing commitment and enthusiasm to her role in the Ocean Room.
She takes pride in her work and is always willing to put in the effort needed to support the children and her fellow team members. Her caring nature and positive attitude help create a welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn.

Childcare Assistant – Ocean Room
Friendly, approachable, and always ready to lend a helping hand, Miss Angelique brings a genuine love for children to the Ocean Room.
She truly values the time she spends with the children and cherishes the role she plays in their early journey, watching them discover new things, build friendships, overcome little challenges, and grow in confidence.

Miss Graciella
Childcare Assistant – Wonderland
Having been part of Kinder-Land since its establishment, Miss Graciella has had the opportunity to work across different sections of the centre, an experience she considers one of her greatest strengths. From caring for infants to supporting toddlers and preschoolers, she has gained a broad understanding of the different stages of a child's early development.
Her journey at Kinder-Land has allowed her to experience the many milestones that make early childhood so special, from feeding little ones and comforting them in their early days to watching them grow and eventually take their first steps into big school.
For Miss Graciella, these moments are more than just part of the job. They are something she carries with great pride.
