Enrollment Pack
Everything you need to secure a place for your child: child and parent details, health and diet questionnaire, emergency contact, authorized collection, and fee terms.
What to include
- Completed enrollment pack
- Copy of your child's National ID or passport
- Copy of parent/guardian National ID
- Emergency contact details
- Enrollment fee payment confirmation
Print and complete the pack, then bring it to the centre in Anse Aux Pins or email a scan to kinderland-daycare@outlook.com, with copies of the required IDs and proof of the enrollment fee.
