When you use the site, our hosting provider may also record technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested. We do not use cookies or tracking analytics on this site.

How we use it

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.

Who handles your information

Your inquiry is delivered to our team by email. To run the site we use service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery of contact form messages), and Upstash (short-lived spam-protection records). They may only use your information to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form inquiries only for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on any enrollment discussion. Spam-protection records expire automatically within minutes.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at kinderland-daycare@outlook.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Children's privacy

KinderLand does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Our contact form collects parent/guardian information only.
